Stump's Hot Olive Burger

8-10 Stump's Hot Olives finely chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
¼ lb. Pepper Jack cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic
1 tablespoon of the Olive juice
salt and pepper to taste

Combine above ingredients reserving the cheese.

Divide meat into four patties. Refrigerate for at least an hour. If you can, leave them in the fridge over night. They Flavors really come out then!

Then grill until desired doneness. Place Pepper Jack Cheese on pattie until melted. Butter your favorite bun and brown on the grill.

You can top with salsa or hot sauce (optional). We use Frank's hot sauce!
