Stump's Quesadillas

4 - 8 inch Tortillas
1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
8 Stump's Mediterranean or Hot Olives
Salsa and Sour Cream for garnish

Heat a large lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.

Add 1 tortilla to pan; sprinkle with ½ cheese and 4 sliced Stump's Olives.

Top with tortilla and cook each side for 2 minutes or until lightly browned.

Cut into triangles and serve warm. Garnish with salsa and sour cream.
