Stump's MuffAletta

1/3 pound Ham
1/3 pound Salami
1/3 pound Pepperoni
1/2 pound Provolone
1 loaf fresh Italian bread (one large traditional 10 inch round Muffaletta or individual Italian loaf)

Olive Salad Ingredients
12-15 Stump's Hot Olives chopped
12-15 Black Olives chopped
2-3 Stump's Pepperonicini
1 cup Stump's Mild or Hot Giardiniera
1 Tablespoon Stump's Minced Garlic

Mix Olive Salad ingredients and let it sit for a least 12 hours or over night in the fridge.

Slice the loaf horizontally. Scoop out a little of the insides. Layer Salami, Pepperoni, Ham and Provolone. Spread the Olive Salad on. Cut and Serve.

May be served warm.
