Stump's Bloody Mary Chili

2 lbs Ground Beef
1 Med. Onion Chopped
1 bell pepper (optional)
1 cup chopped Celery (optional)
2 14oz cans Hot Chili Beans
1 bottle Stump’s Hot or Mild Bloody Mary Mix
1 large jar Salsa
1 can Beer
1/2 cup Red Wine (optional)
1 small jar Green Chilies
12 Stump’s Hot Olives Chopped
1/4 cup Olive Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste

Fry Ground Beef in 1/4 cup of Olive Juice. 

Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil.  Simmer for 2 hours. 

Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, chopped Stump's Pickles and/or Stump's Bread & Butter Hot Garlic Cloves.
